What is the Best Cape in Runescape 3?
The Igneous Kal-Zuk is the best cape in RS3 for combat scenarios currently. It combines all four of the following capes; the Igneous Kal-Ket, Igneous Kal-Mej, Igneous Kal-Xil and the Igneous Kal-Mor, providing a +43 style bonus to all four attack styles. The Igneous Kal-Zuk can be obtained by completing a flawless hard mode TzKal-Zuk. Level 90 crafting is also required to make the cape, although this can be boosted.
The Igneous Kal-Zuk also offers the following passive effects when equipped:
- Overpower can now hit a target twice and its adrenaline cost is reduced to 60%.
- Omnipower will hit the target four times for between 90 and 180% ability damage, its adrenaline cost is also reduced to 60%.
- Deadshot will deal 42-210% of initial damage with 70% ability damage every 2 game ticks over the next 8.4 seconds. The adrenaline of deadshot is also reduced to 60%.
- Death skull will now bounce between two additional targets and its adrenaline cost is reduced to 60%.
