Wow, @Xfinity sure is quiet tonight while its internet service in at least the northeastern US is broken. Less than 2Mbps down on a 300Mbps plan, and I’m not alone. What’s happening in Philly? Any public acknowledgement? Any “We’re working on it?” No? Nothing?

Having to miss at least a day of work because of @Xfinity problems is incredibly frustrating. Had to cancel an extra help session with some students and am leaving the teachers I work with in a rough spot.

@Xfinity could possibly be the worst cable provider. I have been working to gain access to the @usabasketball men’s game on @peaco*ckTV that we have in our current plan for the past two hours and still nothing. This is ridiculous

@kaaaaylee Same! It’s a dish service or spectrum/xfinity in wmass. My hometown is starting their own fiber through the electric company, which is pretty awesome. But Spectrum is the worst by far... outdated cable, terrible pricing and outages without warning.

@Xfinity has had four, I’m now waiting on my fifth technician to come fix the WiFi at my house. And it’s the same problem every single time. Please count your days.

@Xfinity A tech visit is already scheduled for tomorrow AM, which will hopefully solve the problem. Connectivity has been inconsistent since the service began a little over a month ago, and phone/chat tech has no idea why.

I think Xfinity is legit stumped, because speeds directing to Xfinity-related servers are still just fine. But YouTube is broken. Some websites don’t work. I’m afraid to turn on my Xbox One or Switch, since they probably can’t connect at dial-up speeds.

Can someone in the know please explain to me how this @WWENetwork on @peaco*ckTV works? I get Peaco*ck as part of my @Xfinity package. I've also been paying $9.99/month for #WWENetwork. Do I need to keep paying for Network since I have Peaco*ck? Is app diff from what's on Peaco*ck?

In Chicopee, we know first-hand how big corporate monopolies like Charter Spectrum do business — and it’s the same for Comcast, Verizon, and all the others. They force people to pay ridiculous prices in exchange for poor service because they know consumers have no other options.

@VZWSupport #Verizon else here switching or looked at Xfinity? they seem to have a better deal and the customer service is so much better
